Your order is shipped FREE by Mondial Relay to the relay point of your choice.

Return and refund

Only orders placed on are subject to returns or exchanges.
You have 15 days from the order dateto return the item(s) that do not suit you.
We guarantee a full refund for any item you are not completely satisfied with, provided it is returned to us intact within fifteen days of receipt.
Refunds will be made using the payment method you originally used when purchasing.

📪 How to make a return?

Any item that is not suitable must be returned within 15 days, unworn, in its original packaging and with its label, to the following address:
