Welcome to the General Conditions of Sale section of the women’s clothing sales site Maisononado.com

​Please read them carefully before placing your order.

By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We may change these terms at any time without notice to you. Changes will apply to orders received after such changes have been made.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not modify the general conditions that apply to it.

1. Your order

As soon as you place an order on our website, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt. If there is a difficulty with your order, we will contact you. Once payment has been made and your order confirmed, you will no longer be able to modify it. We therefore invite you to carefully check that everything is correct before clicking on “PAY”. In particular, please note that no changes to the delivery address can be made once you have placed your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order for a legitimate reason, for example in the following circumstances:

  • The item ordered is no longer in stock;
  • We were unable to obtain payment authorization;
  • An error has been identified in product information, including pricing or a promotion; 
  • If we suspect fraudulent activity.

In all cases we will inform you accordingly, and if payment for your order has already been made, we will reimburse you without delay and in any event within 15 days.

Products are ordered subject to availability. As there is a delay between your order and its acceptance, the stock status of a particular item may change. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will not charge you for the unavailable items.

2. Your delivery

Standard Delivery

We currently offer standard delivery with tracking for orders in mainland France.

​We aim to deliver within six working days from the order date. However, during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. We remind you that Saturday and Sunday are not counted as working days. If your order has not arrived within ten working days, please contact our Customer Service by email at clients@maisononado.com.

Please also note that no change of delivery address can be made after placing your order.

Your order is shipped by Colissimo, a La Poste service, so you will receive your package by mail. If you are not present during delivery, a notice may be left by La Poste to tell you how and when to collect your package.

Please note that any orders placed the day before or during a public holiday can only be shipped the following working day. 

Tracking your order

In order to track your order, you will need to have your tracking number. This is usually found in your shipping confirmation email.

Most packages arrive at their destination within 2 weeks, so we will not consider complaints until this time has passed. If after this period your package has not arrived, please contact us at clients@maisononado.com.

3. Our prices and your payment methods

The following bank cards are accepted to pay for your orders on Maisononado.com: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard.

Maisononado.com has chosen Shopify as a partner with its secure payment interface.

If you paid with your credit or debit card, you will not be charged until your order is validated. After validation of your order and payment, we will send you a confirmation email. You will also receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.

All prices are indicated including tax. If for any reason we cannot ship your items, the value of the items that are not shipped will be refunded via the payment method you used.

Prices do not take into account delivery costs. The total cost of the order includes the price of the products ordered plus delivery costs.

4. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Only orders placed on Maisononado.com can be returned or exchanged. You have 14 days from the order date to return the item(s) that do not suit you, excluding delivery costs.

We guarantee a refund for any item with which you are not completely satisfied, when it is returned to us intact within fifteen days of receipt, excluding delivery costs. Refunds will be made according to the payment method you used.

The transport costs of your return package are the responsibility of the customer for all orders placed in Metropolitan France, as are the delivery costs to the origin of your order.

For orders placed and shipped outside mainland France, transport costs are the responsibility of the customer, as are the delivery costs to the origin of your order.

In accordance with the practice of distance selling, only items returned in their original packaging and perfectly intact as they were sold to you will be accepted. Consequently, returns of washed and/or worn clothing will be refused. All products are subject to a credit or refund.

After verification by our customer service, we may refuse a return, if it is accepted. Remember to request proof of shipping and keep it for your record - without this proof of shipping, we will not be able to refund you if we do not receive the returned items. Then simply mail us your package containing the items you wish to return so that we receive them within 14 days of sending them.

Please note that returns by mail cannot be accepted without a valid return authorization number. You will not be able to obtain a returns authorization code if more than 14 days have passed since you received the items.

The refund will be made after receipt of your items in our warehouse, excluding delivery costs. Please note that it may take two to three business days for a refund to appear in your account. Please allow 15 days after your package is received for the refund to be processed.

​I want to make an exchange, how do I proceed?

Before returning your order, please complete the returns form: click here (MANDATORY RETURN REQUEST)

We refund any item that does not fit. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All products must be returned to the following address, unworn, in their original packaging and with their label:

Maisononado reserves the right not to accept a returned item if it is damaged or deteriorated.

I would like to return an item or my order and be refunded, how do I do it?

Any item that is not suitable must be returned unworn, in its original packaging and with its label within 14 days to the following address: Maisononado.com

From the date of receipt of your return package, Maison Onado will reimburse you within 15 working days for the amount of the returned item(s), excluding delivery costs.

5. Product information

We do our best to present the colors of the products that appear on the website as realistically as possible. However, because the colors displayed depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colors correctly reflects the color of the product upon delivery.

All sizes and dimensions are approximate but we do our best to make them as accurate as possible. Please see the size guide for further details.

To find out if your order has been confirmed, you can check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation email from ShopAerys. In this email you will find a summary of your order, including the products ordered, quantity, total price and delivery information.

📝 Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been finalized.
This is because we start processing your order as soon as it is placed and we need to meet delivery times to satisfy all our customers.

However, if you have a problem with your order once it is delivered, you can contact our customer service for assistance with returning or refunding your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your package, as well as a link to the website of the carrier who was responsible for delivery.

You can click the tracking link to track your delivery status in real time.

Return and refund

Only orders placed on Maisononado.com are subject to returns or exchanges.
You have 15 days from the order dateto return the item(s) that do not suit you.
We guarantee a full refund for any item you are not completely satisfied with, provided it is returned to us intact within fifteen days of receipt.
Refunds will be made using the payment method you originally used when purchasing.

📪 How to make a return?
